Follow these easy steps to submit a Home Claim.

1. Don’t delay! Take immediate action to prevent further damage to the failed home appliance or system.

2. Call (800) 552-2709. Follow the prompts to file a home claim.

3. Hang tight while an authorized home service provider in your area is contacted.

4. Book your repair with your provider. The appointed service provider will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.

5. Enjoy your coverage. Your service fee* will be paid at the time of visit.
