Follow these easy steps to submit an Auto Claim.

NOTE: PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORK CAN BE PERFORMED

1. Don’t delay! Take immediate action to prevent further damage to the failed component. Please call (800) 552-2709 and follow the prompts.

2. Use our search tool below to locate a Repair Facility. You may take your vehicle to any dealership or ASE-certified repair facility in your area.

3. Take your vehicle to the repair facility. Present your Vehicle Service Agreement to the service department at the repair facility.

Upon request, provide service records of your vehicle’s service history. Your repair facility will ask you to authorize the required work and diagnostic testing to determine the cause of failure or damage to your vehicle.

4. Stand by while your vehicle is diagnosed and repaired.

5. Retrieve your vehicle. Any repair work covered under your Vehicle Service Contract will be paid directly to the repair facility. Your deductible* will be paid at the time of visit.
